My cycle got messed up when I took it, I had bleeding for 16 days continually and then stopped the PM. It made my next cycle late, I decided not to take PM except when estrogen is meant to be higher. I am using this chart as a guide: http://womeninbalance.org/about-hormone-imbalance/
