Is it beneficial to take spearmint withBO? I used to drink mint tea during my breaks from pm and my breasts would always swell a bit and ache after just 1 cup so I was hoping to take swanson's spearmint pills when I make the switch to BO. But I've heard herbs and BO cancel each other out...
