As the other ladies have said, with NBE one size does not fit all. So you will have to try until you find the right formula for you.

I just started herbs and creams. I am inspired by the information I see on NB. I am only 32AA ; so after a few months on herbs, I think I will get the NB. Seems that is the only way I will get to a C cup.
