Okay, so I know I have been posting a lot on this specific page-- I am using it to keep my findings and thoughts together.. if anyone benefits from these links- great! I hope it can widen some horizons on NBE and how hormones, creams and herbs can affect you, also how to take them.

with that being said, I am getting completely over whelmed.. there are so many possibilities, so many outcomes and so many results..

So, first things first-
I think I am going to discuss my with my doctor the removal of my cyst.
I think I am going to see an endocrinologist and see what is going on with my body. Tell them about my cyst if I dont get it removed yet.
I am going to bring up progesterone cream.

my fear of acne (am NOT traveling down that route again, my skin is baby smooth now, no marks at all, a pimple here or there.. when I was 18-20 I was a complete mess. Very devastating)
which also comes to my fear of trying Bovine Ovary.
My estrogen (excess estrogen?) my progesterone (and lack there of?) how I want low androgen's and low testosterone. Maybe I have high insulin, which can cause breast shrinkage.

all in all Noogleberry has no effect what so ever on hormones, just your body and giving you the results you want- if that does not work, look into fat graphing or some kind of surgery.. last resort.

it seems people who are good with estrogen, get better when they take progesterone and vise versa.. and too much male hormones causes facial hair, breast shrinkage etc. I just cant seem to figure out which I am lacking.
I would love to take PC cream and have everything normal, but estrogen seem to make breast big too.. but my breast swell in my luthal phase, which is when progesterone rises.. but then I am thinking if my BCP levels me out, will I even need these things? ughhh..

what I would love to do, is BO, PC & NB and maybe have my BCP (to my knowledge BO & PC (when pc is cycled) they do not effect BCP) seems perfect. but a lot of hormonal changes. scary.

I dont think I will need PC cream with some of these herbs. I dont want to over load on hormones.
If I want my progesterone, I am not going to take wild yam, and PC cream- I will look at herbs that promote hormonal balance such as Dong Quai and Fennel.

So main thing,
NB: tension build up, massage/exercise for breast - helps shape, firm and full out breast.
BO: causes hormones to fluctuate, grows breast. (good for tubular as well)
PC:
but what about estrogen?: PM? or my BCP? or have my excess estrogen do the trick? maybe take a herb enriched with estrogen.
BC or fennugreek?

if I use a PC will I have to balance it out with an estrogen? or am I making up for my lack of progesterone, and my estrogen dominance..
