That's ok, the only measurements will share is the + or - version. The goal is to improve estrogen metabolism, hormonal imbalance, eliminate unhealthy toxins, lose/gain a few pounds, better skin, mental clarity etc.
For instance, adding a cup of hot lemon water to start your day, (which will stimulate your digestion, flushes kidneys and liver of toxins, also provides vitamin C, etc.)
We'll have avocados to help with adding healthy fatty acids and plant sterols, The plant sterols in avocados have an effect on hormones, especially estrogen and progesterone, which are both responsible for regulating ovulation and menstrual cycles.
As we know estrogen has "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" kinds of E metabolism
The Good 2-hydroxyestrone
The Bad 4-hydroxyestrone
The Ugly 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone
So, just make sure your cycle starts at the beginning of the month, j/k

Actually, whenever it does start, the program will match what the need is. So, we're just scratching the surface here, it's still early, much more planning to be done, I'm not too worried about who does/doesn't want to participate. If it ends up being the two of us, lol, you now we'll have some fun.
