Ok I understand, so maybe Yoga could work in place of the daily exercise for those concerned about increasing their T?
Some would have limitations on daily exercise anyways, I'm sure we can come up with something like a 15 minute plan (albeit light or moderate) types, or longer for those who can break a sweat.
Studies show that group participation results in a higher percentage of success as opposed to individual success when it comes to these types of programs. It's the commitment to others and not wanting to fail them that holds their feet to the fire.

In other words, it's only 30 days, so no pressure
