So maybe your goals would be diet that includes natural foods (organic, if possible) that would help with building muscle while burning fat, and adding the weight in a healthy way. Reducing stress can help with any hormonal imbalances. How about the cosmetics?, have you checked the ingredients?. Attempting to eliminate xenoestrogen's completely will be a difficult challenge, however what's that saying by Sherlock?.
