I received my new supplements.
I'm continuing MSM and collagens (changed brand), progesterone (cream, pill, spray), BO (new brand), Ovine Pituitary, Bovine Placenta, B complex, multi vit, Maca, and thermogenic.
I had taken a short break 10 days from anything other than msm, multi vit, and progesterone.
yesterday was my first day, and i have energy through the roof and tenderness under my nipples. woo hoo! my measurements have not changed but my breast are up off my chest more. which is still good, and my breasts continue to become more round and perky.
i will update again soon.
