Yeah I have I've been using cold spoons to cool them down. But I did notice that when I when my Montgomry Glands are simulated my nipples start to burn. So I just try to avoid touching them. Or sometimes I put a cold spoon on them after massaging to prevent burn. But I think the massaging causes more blood flow to my breast causing them to be erect more because sometimes just Montgomery glands rubbing against my shirt makes my nipples burn.
