Hi so I started taking pm around 3 months ago, 1000mg daily for 3 weeks and 500mg daily for my pill-free week, I intend to take a full break next month as, from what I have rread, cycling isn't needed when on bcp but still need to take a break. Anyway I felt I was maybe becoming oestrogen dominant purely from the symptom list link on another thread and unfortunately do not have a spare couple of hundred for a hormone test, so I proceeded to buy some progesterone cream to try even it out and work out by experimenting to see if that was the case.
However I am quite confused as to when to use it as due to the bcp I don't naturally ovulate, should I used it in my pill free week? Or all three weeks except that one? Or some other way?

P.s. I'm also taking spearmint and have had very minimal growth thus far but not expecting to for a while yet
