That's a new one. Maybe it's meant in the context of " we gelatinized this raw maca product"? Just a terminology faux PA.
As long as it says gelatinized I would imagine that's fine.
One should really contact their customer support about that faux pas and ask them what "gelatinized" means for them... Would think though, too, that the Maca will probably not be raw.
I once wrote to a company's support re. a Maca 4:1 extract they sold and asked for how that extract was made and whether it was raw or not. The reply? It was raw dried Maca and they called it an 4:1 extract as it meant that each g corresponded to 4g of fresh root. Go figure... they didn't even know what an extract is.
