I used natureday and the first time and longest time I used them I went up 3/4 of an inch in 3 weeks.
then later down the track because I wasn't happy with the dong quai in the formula I brought the extracts separately WITHOUT the donq quai and it didn't work at all
I really doubt the dong quai makes a scrap of difference but clearly something in the way they do their formula it works combined.
by all means try it though and let us know how you get on.
