I need to get a lump on my left breasts checked out first. If all is ok, I am thinking of doing Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto and Red Clover capsules but still looking for what I would do for massaging. I wouldn't mind doing Dong Quai or Black Cohosh a week before and while I'm on my period. I have heard that it helps with cramps but I don't think those are herbs I want to do all the time. I get super bad cramps and bad headaches. I remember in January my period was so bad I actually started vomitting because of my period. My last period hurt but I bled less than I usually do. Maybe that is because I did breasts massage, I don't know.

honestly equally as important as getting the lump checked is getting your hormones checked too. sounds to me like the lump along with the period symptons is pointing towards an inbalance. so herbs may inevitably help you once you establish what you're/lacking or dominant in. always run it past your doc too although they for the most part don't want to know when it comes to herbs but a naturopath could guide you once you provide them with your hormone results.
