Great post & thank you! I am amazed at how brilliant the contributors are. I am disappointed that chocolate contributes to breast reduction (GASP!). I too am on a journey to lose weight while not reducing my breasts.
However, I know I may be setting myself back by taking Garcinia Cambogia which is on lovely11's list. But my overall goal is health and to learn to radically love myself as I am. I am a biological female and cycle my PM. I have just begun cycling progesterone as I believe I am estrogen dominant with low progesterone. I have cycled PM (I use the Ainterol drops) for 2 months now and I don't notice much of a difference. I did notice that since taking PM, I have had dermatitis flare ups (EEK!). For NBE all I have been doing is PM and now progesterone. In the future, I want to look into Maca as I have heard it has anti-inflammatory properties but I want to see how the progesterone affects me. I may start up Noogling again.
Good luck!
