Okay I've never taken PM but before I started BO I was looking into it, and the main reason I started with BO instead of PM is because everything I read on PM says that it's just swelling no permanent growth and that when you stop taking it you lose the results you got, so you have to take a maintenance dose after you take it for 3 months to maintain your results with it. Also you only "grow" with it for 3 months, after that you will not get any bigger with it. So to me it's like maybe I want to grow more than what I would get in just 3 months, plus I want something permanent, if I wanted fake results I would have gotten implants. Also that whole dosage thing with PM is confusing also, and the whole cycle thing some ladies do, yea, forget it. lol, I'd rather take something that is a no brainer.
There are 2 major brands for BO Ultra Breast and Bountiful Breast. So yes Ultra Breast is a BO supplement. With Ultra Breast you take 3 pills per day, 1 pill 3 times daily, very simple. You just need a high protein diet and a good body temp. There are some generic brands of BO, but you would need to take alot more pills, buy alot more bottles, etc. to equal the amount needed for growth. Also I wouldn't expect to get to your goal in 6 months. Some ladies take longer than 6 months to grow. I've read that people took BO be it UB or BB for a little over a year before they got to their goals. BO is not like herbs. BO is considered slower growth compared to herbs, but it's more permanent. Basically if you get to your goal by say 4 months if you're lucky and you decide to stop, you can and won't lose results. But with herbs, for example, I grew 2 inches in 2 months with one herbal product, BUT I think that if I stopped them, I wouldn't have lost all that growth. I continued to take it an entire 6 months to make that growth permanent. So with herbs you have to take it even after you reached your goals to make it permanent growth.
And yes we all are different. When I started BO I had it in my mind already that I could very well be taking it over a year before I was happy with my results. I had in mind that I needed the high protein diet and may need to supplement it with protein shakes, and I had in mind I may also need to take something for my body temp. Hope this helps, and just keep reading and reading, researching and researching... you may have done alot of reading already, but it doesn't seem like you've done enough yet as you still don't have much of a clue about it.
