Thanks for all the replies but does anyone know if breaking the L-Arginine Capsules and rubbing it into my breasts will be safe?

I think so. I sometimes mix mine with my progesterone cream for better absorption. Only problem is they are rough, it's like using a sugar scrub on your breasts which is why I don't do it often.
