No swelling at all?

My breasts are somewhat tubular and underdeveloped, so they are mainly wide and conical without much volume. Due to the width they do touch the sides when I pump if that's what you meant? Or before I start pumping? But they don't seem really squished against the sides when I pump. They look good until I take the domes off :/ But I don't think I could go any larger in cup size as I can't fit both these domes on my chest at the same time at the moment, the rims of the domes need to overlap to fit but of course they can't as they won't get suction. I find it takes a while to get suction but when I do I can't move or they make noise and lose suction so I find I have to sit still and hold one in place at a time. It's also uncomfortable by my armpit and ribs if I move with them on.

I'm not too sure what I should do about those things. I don't have any photos sorry.x
