Oh boy, I think strapless dresses make EVERY woman look smaller chested than they actually are, in my opinion. Like a friend of mine... she had a strapless dress on at this ball we went to and she's a 34D. It made her look like she was a B cup. But yea, the miraculous bra isn't convertible much, it can be made to use halter, but not strapless, but they do sell other bras that can go strapless. So in that case I would say your best bet would be... sell that dress, but another one, or get breastforms to help you go to the size you want and buy a bra in that size to accommodate them. The best type of dress in my opinion are halter I think halter top dresses really show off someone's shoulders more than a strapless does, and it makes breasts look bigger to me. I like a form fitting halter top dress with a mermaid or trumpet bottom for my type of body shape cause it shows off a great butt 
Even being bigger chested now than I use to be, I still hate strapless stuff.
And Cheryl I feel ya on the arguing with people... I know a girl who was saving for implants and I said instead of waiting and saving why not go the natural route and be growing boobies right now. She said she tried a herbal product for 3 months and didn't see any results so it doesn't work for her. I did a face palm and said, you only tried it 3 months then gave up? Did you happen to think that maybe only that 1 commercial product was a scam and that there are real things out there that worked? I showed her my before NBE pics and recent ones, and she said it only works for some women. I said no, I took products in the past that didn't do diddly squat for me, I followed a strict diet, massaged, and took the product for 6 months, I was ALOT more determined then you. And I didn't grow at all, then I found stuff that did work for me. But she just argues the fact and is still sitting there saving for implants. I told her she was stupid cause the rate she is going it will take a year or so to save, in that time she could be growing, and then I told her about that implants have expiration dates and you have to get them replaced every 5 to 10 years. She said oh well I'll just save my money from now on to have on hand for when that needs to happen. I wanted to bang my head against the wall. But what I think it all boils down to is laziness and someone's willpower. If you are lazy and have no will power to stay with something and work for it, NBE won't work for you. Oh, I also told her besides the surgeries every few years that implants aren't maintenance free, that after you have to massage everyday to prevent complications even if you are in severe pain from them. And I showed her the sites that show evidence of what can happen and does happen to many implant patience, the shit these doctors don't want people to know about. And she's still being stubborn, saving and saving, she's now put herself on some site where men donate money for her to get implants in exchange with her sending them pics, cybering with them, etc. It's really sad how some women are and what they will do just for something fake.
