Go braless whenever practical, except when jogging then use a good sports bra.
Bench press. Not too many reps. You want heavy weight for bulk chest muscle not endurance. If you can't get to equipment try weighted pushups or pectoral exercises with dumbbells. Google pectoral or chest exercises.
If they are tubular or otherwise not round try progesterone cream. But if not PC may lower estrogen and shouldn't be used alone.
A little outward pointing is normal though, as is a small amount of sag.
Hi surfer. could one have the same benefits by eating the skin of chicken (ie myself I love the stuff)? Is there a lot of saturated fat though we need to worry about by eating the skin and/or including it in our broths? Im new to broths but am making an effort to making them more instead of packet broth.. although the packet stuff is soo much easier..
