1. I don't think it matters but usually spread out is better. You may also want to start slow until you get used to it since you seem to be reacting so strongly. At least that means you need it, or else have a weak stomach.
2. 2 tsp regardless of your reasons because the whole body will take it. Not necessarily for nbe by itself though. Not any more than fat or protein is. Great for elasticity though.
3. You don't need much vitamin C. 150 mg is plenty or it would be much better to eat a little fresh fruit each day to get variety rather than wasted extra quantity. Reduces appearance of veins and improves circulation for example. C alone doesn't.
4. Ya probably. They're all the same molecule except for impurities and that is a major brand that's been around a while. You'd hear of any disasters by now.
