Gawd it's confusing isn't it! I mean it's been used historically for a long gg gg gg time but that doesn't mean it wasn't carcinogenic in the wrong doses and people just never knew 
Either way I won't take it long term. The DQ is dominant I the formula as it stinks and tastes horrid!
