I'm liking this convo. I too study energy work. Always nice to meet people that are aware and in tune with their spirituality. It's going to be a fun ride as everything is moving so fast and we are on the verge of moving to a higher dimension. That's why it's the best time to be talking to our body, asking it to focus on our breast and thanking it for all the work. I work with my sacral chakra while I talk to the cells so that my ovaries would respond even more and release the right hormones for me.
