Thank you. Do you have any maca brand recommeded? Can I take Milk Thistle MSM and maca together? Also, how many dosage should I take each day?
MSM and maca are adaptogens (meaning they'll help normalize you), so they'll be ok with milk thistle (good choice there).

How many dosage should I take each day again? I am afraid too much nutritionis will be bad for my health
I'd start out with 1 daily, give a week to adjust (monitoring reactions if any) then add the second in the same manner and so on. There's no reason to rush things along, growth takes years.
