I've been giving NBE a go for about a year. Started with BO (Bountiful Breast) and moved onto PM (Bellas Beautifull). I've definitely had growth, although I didn't measure to start with so can't say exactly how much, but I was a post-baby saggy A and am now a roundish B even though I've lost 10 kilos. I'm keen to get things moving more, and am wondering if there is benefit in mixing the 2 methods. Or will they work against one another? PM is estrogen, and BO is progesterone (I think) so will they cancel each other out? looking forward to hearing from you
