Oh that's good to know was worried about that since I intend on having a mini cleanse so kept trying to schedule it according to my cycle and BO. Thank you for your help Smile

I'm going to do the same as you Wishin' one pill twice a day for the first week then 3 pills a day then wait till the cycle after that to up the dose to a 1000mg.
