Been taking fenugreek for a week plus massage linked here. I take three 610 mg fenugreek capsules a day. http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=16130
I wear 30A but the bra gapes open on my smaller boob. Now I have visible contours and can fill out 30B on my larger side.
I made a thick tea using 1 tsp. of fenugreek seeds (bought at an Asian grocer) and have been applying the liquid on my smaller boob and massaging. I also swallowed the whole seeds after extracting the tea. My smaller side looks visibly fuller now after using the fenugreek extract.
100 lbs 5'6" tall with skinny build. I'm on Cilest (birth control pill).
