Bra and Breast question

i have a 27 underbust, and a 34 overbust, yet i'm flat as a pancake. i can fit a 32b or 32c even 34b(cup, not band). i think it's cos the diameter of my breast is wide, but my breasts do not project far from my rib cage. makes sense? anyone else is like me too?
