Hi Laura and welcome to the forum. You've definitely come to the right place, and though you might not want to hear it, I'm glad you can't afford implants LOL. Eventhough I could afford them I would never get them, and I posted plenty of reasons why NOT to get them, the dangers, etc. the dangers are more than most people think. Now I am 22 I have a 5 year old and like you, after I got done breastfeeding him I was a deflated 32A (was actually a AA but wearing the wrong size!). Since then I have been trying different things in NBE, some worked, some didn't. And over a course of the last 2 years (I started NBE 4 years ago, but too a while to find what worked for me) I've grown 4 1/2 inches or 12 cm on my bust, taking me from a AA to a 32D. Right now I wear 34C bras as I don't want to order more expensive ones yet until I'm done growing. My goal is another cup size, a full 32DD/34D. So yes NBE works, it takes time, it is not overnight. To help with post pregnancy breasts I highly recommend you start doing chest exercises to firm the pectoral muscles, I personally use the easy curves device, but regular old fashioned workouts work just fine. When I first started doing the exercises they lifted me alot. I also recommend a Noogleberry pump, you can get any kind of breast pump you like, but I have a Noogleberry and did my research and decided it was the best for me. The best advice I can give is to look around the forum and READ READ READ!! Read on each of your options for NBE and decide from there what you would like to try. I grew the most with the use of the pump and taking Ultra Breast (a bovine ovary supplement). But others have grown well with herbs. Oh I also recommend massage as it will help shape your breasts better, it has mine. Hope all this helps and good luck!
