Hey hun, glad you decided to get one! Supplementation with one is all personal preference. Some just take omega 3 oils like evening primrose oil, flaxseed oil, etc. and drink plenty of water and noogle, while there are still others who don't take anything and just drink plenty of water everyday and still see results. Not sure if you been over or not, but noogleberry has a forum http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php you can check on everyone's before and after pics, progress, etc. and see how each different person is doing. It's all down to the individual on what results you can get and expect, no two people are the same. I personally took a BO (bovine ovary) supplement while noogling, I took that supplement for 6 months, and now taking a break from supplements but still pumping. Currently I'm taking a daily mutlivitamin, two supplements for hair (biotin and horsetail), I take collagen tabs as I love it for my skin and hair, I'm taking milk thistle to clean out my liver to rid it of the excess hormones from taking BO, I'll be taking milk thistle for a week or two then stop it, I also take EPO (evening primrose oil) and flaxseed oil, and I take birth control. The oils I believe have an added benefit to my health, I don't particularly take them for NBE. And I drink 2 liters of water per day. Some of the ladies over on the noogleberry forum take PM, some take BO, others take individual herbs, and as I said some don't take supplements at all, so as I said personal preference. What I would do if I were you, while waiting for the NB to arrive, read over the noogleberry forum and this forum to gather as much information as you possibly can about NBE. If you want to supplement after that, then go for it. But is it needed to see results with NB? Nope. I've used NB even while not taking supplements and still seen results in that time. Hth and gl!
