i have been sat doing a lot of reading and research (between housework and school runs lol!!) over the last 3 weeks or so.
i am ringing the docs first thing in the morning to book an app to have my hormone levels checked, then hopefully i will have some idea of where to start with this long process lol! i will keep posting updates of how/what i am doin/using but i think i may start with the deer massage and maybe flaxseed oil?
i have also been looking into the noogleberry for some time now, i just never knew where to start!
i honestly dont think i have a bra size, i am actually that flat! i would b very very pleased if i could just get back to my nice perky 32b- even a 32a would b nice! like i said i dont want "big boobs" i would just like back some of what i have lost
and my confidence to go with it!!
i have a small build and am 5ft4" i weigh 7st12pounds, i may post some pics at some point if i can pluck up enough courage!!
so tomorrow i start the ball rolling
