I was a full A cup when I started the PM, and I think it helped boost me to a B. But I was only on it for approximately 4 months before I had to stop taking it. My biggest growth has been on the liquid extracts. I went from my barely B to a C in half the time it took me to get from an A to a B. They taste horrible, but it's a little easier to regulate dosages with the liquid extracts and easier to ramp.
So you now take the same herbs you took before the PM, you just switched from capsule to liquid extracts? I just bought fenugreek extract (alcohol 1:1) and just tried it topically but couldn't stand the smell. Is this what you take internally?
Exactly. Like I said, I'm also using the herbs to help with peri-menopause and these three helped tremendously when I was taking them in capsule form. I read a bit on liquid extracts and how much more effective they could be and decided to give them a try. I can't say I was disappointed! I've had more growth with the extracts and my hormones and moods are much more balanced.
A tip with the liquid herbs, though....they are rather disgusting on their own. I mix them with plain milk in the morning and add them to a cup of tea at night. You can still taste them, but I've gotten used to it. Only if I'm in a hurry, do I down them straight!
My hubby also noticed that I don't have the typical maple syrup smell that I used to get with the fenugreek capsules, which is another plus!
