What's troubling is the amount of conflicting information, one report has genistien causing cell death in cancer, then this report states otherwise (studies are like that). Some studies are biased from supporting interests, even though the goal of the study will state an un-biased approach lol. Getting the word/info out to our BN members is what's important, what they decide is up to them.
That's what I was thinking, it has anti AND pro tumour properties.

So I was thinking maybe its genetics too. Asisans seem to have a tolerance vs Caucasians, I guess its like meat eaters going over to a vegetarian country, historically their bodies aren't USED to eating a vegan based diet and will suffer as a consequence.

So it seems pre menopausal Caucasian women are less tolerant of soy and associated supplements.

If you haven't already, can you throw in here what supplements are high in GEINSTEIN, ie PM, fenugreek etc all the phytos us girls are using here for NBE
