Hey guys.
So been reading this forum now for a few weeks and decided to join finally, you all seem like lovely people anyway!
So we all have a reason to be on this site, and mine is I basically lost a shed of weight over the past few years, got into fitness and never really paid no mind to my boobs. Until ONE DAY dun dun dunnnnnn. I looked in the mirror and HATED what I saw. I've gone from a big C/small D, to a big B, small C. Now this may not seem like such a big deal but the skin around my boobs now looks saggy and slight stretch marks from years ago make them look even worse. I hate them. So here I am!!
A few weeks ago after reading through the site for a few days I went to good old trusty Holland and Barrett and bought some Fenugreek. Lord knows why I thought taking this would have any effect by itself but I started taking it anyway. Seen a /slight/ improvement while I was on it, however I never measured or suchlike so maybe have just been a placebo effect.
Anyway, tomorrow my noogleberry is due to arrive (impulse buy) and I wanted to try it with a few other things also. I literally did my first massage tonight with Palmers moisturising oil with vitamin e (in the hopes that will also improve skin around the boobs) and did 300 inward rotations like a good girl. Already my boobs feel a bit tingly but that's the most attention they've probably ever had.
Can anyone shed any light on what would perhaps be best to try? Herb wise. I've only just recently came off the pill and had the coil fitted so my periods are all over the place. I was thinking Moringa after reading all the amazing health benefits but can only find it as a tea, or a powder form? Also, I wanted to try MSM if anyone has any experience with that?
Basically my 'program' would be one or two herbs depending, noogleing and massage for now. I'm so lazy and non-committal so hopefully I can keep to some sort of routine!
