Yes you can use a pump like noogleberry while taking any supplement, it will help your results. I never took breast success, but I took Zoft breast gum which is made by the breast success company, and has the same ingredients, I took it for 6 months and grew 2 inches. If you don't have much money, you can buy breast success very cheap on ebay. As far as noogleberry, you can sign up on the forum, as a forum member you get a discount.
