I really want to start taking MSM, especially after all the rave reviews about the benefits of it and how its good for overall health and not just NBE, however i cant find a 'recommended' dosage anywhere, does anyone know how much is recommended for first starting out? I also read that taking too much can cause breakouts which i obviously dont want. Ive seen the tablets advertised in 500mg, 1000mg and 1,500mg form. Which would be best to purchase?
Id be using it in conjunction with Vit C, and maybe Fenugreek if i can get hold of some more.
