I'm too looking at starting MSM for breast growth, and the added benefits of it are a plus.
The powdered form is better than the capsules (the capsules all seem to have fillers in them).
Whichever brand you choose do a purity test (find it on YouTube) - Ellacraig told me about this.
Also, don't forget to take some Vitamin C with it.
On the website link below it states "In general, taking about 1,000 milligrams of MSM for every 30 to 50 pounds of body weight (preferably consumed in two servings over the course of the day) is a good amount. We suggest that you start out by taking no more than 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of MSM in the morning and evening with or just after a meal. If you find that you are feeling upset in any way, you might want to temporarily reduce the amount of MSM that you taking to well below 1/8 teaspoon. Give your body a chance to become used to the cleansing effects of MSM".
