I was on it for few month on 1,000 mcg/day, and then increased by another 1,000, and then 3,000, and then 5,000, and finally now I am at 10,000mcg!!! For normal benefit 1,000 mcg/day is fine, but for hair you need high amount, at leat 5,000 mcg. POM

P.S.(They come in mcg and not mg.)

Thank you! What sort of time frame was it until you upped your dosage? If I bought the 1000mcg pills I could just take one, then two and so on until I was at a high dosage. My boobs need a boost but I could use a boost in hair too!

Oh, sorry Dillon, the dosages I was talking about was about biotin and not MSM. MSM is based on mg and I started with one 1,000 mg/day and after I finished the bottle I stopped, and after 6 months or so I went back on it again but this time with pure powder. I am taking now a tsp of it daily. But the best one for hair is biotin, and as I said I started with 1,000 mcg/day, and now I am at 10,000 mcg/day. POM

Thanks Pom, I could do with taking the Biotin then as my hair never seems to grow much. I bought MSM in tablet form and some vitamin C today (literally like 10 mins ago) so I'll youtube the purity test djt-d and see what they're about, thank you I just don't want to be taking too much together so I'll build it up as I go along. I've done one noogleberry session and two massages so far and already seen the slightest of improvements, however my boobs may have just gone into shock. the MSM I've bought is in 750mg as they never had anything else, so going to take one per day for a few days to introduce it and then two per day after maybe a week.
