POMthanks for the tip, I already have a healthy fats diet but the weight never seems to stay. Im not horribly thin but very active, the only times I've really put on weight were during pregnancy and then lost it all a month after. I really liked the way I looked then. I just can't eat if not hungry that's what's holding me back, I just have to try harder so let me go eat right now lol.
