Noogleberry newbie need some guide on the contoured cup

While I'm not a huge noogle I use the large cups and COULDNT use the cups without the foam rings at all.
I find lubing up helps with suction and also helps with swelling while noogling. From past experience I believe you need a good moisturising lube to avoid getting stretchmarks Smile
