Hey, I'm new

I'll do my best to keep up and ask if I don't understand.


We fortunately live in a part of the world where some of these foods are very affordable and plentiful. Mostly fruits like mango, papaya, and banana. I have lots of ginseng!

Is evening primrose oil considered a healthy fat?

--Are there any foods that should be avoided? I know sugar is one (and is difficult to avoid) but any others?-- Nevermind I found the answer Smile

I know I have more and more questions... thanks!
