Its been 1 1/2 week and I've tweaked the program a little, here it goes:
Am
cup of spearmint tea with honey
1500 mg EPO
620 mg fenugreek
420 mg fennel
60 mg ginkgo biloba
strawberry banana smoothie with ground flax seed
5 min massage with FSO if I have time
Pm
Cup of spearmint tea
15 min massage with FSO
30 min gently suction with NB, the cups have been staying on better, I'll mark that as progress lol (3 days on 1 day off)
Blake talks hypnosis till I fall asleep. (I just cant stay awake)
Ive been trying to stay away from sugar but it's so hard, any tips or advice on that? Or on anything else?
