Hello everyone. I've been lurking for a few weeks but thought I would come out of the closet and relate my NBE experince/jouney.
I am genetic male aged 55. I have cross-dressed since I was about 11 years old. I am quite open about this and get out and about as Paula socially quite frequently. I have gradually feminised my body over the years - IPL and electroysis, waxing and hair growth inhibitors. But I have increasingly felt the need to go a little further with this.
So, about 8 weeks ago I started taking Pueraria Mirifica. Then, after reading many posts in these forums added Saw Palmetto, Red Clover and Fenugreek to the mix about 5 weeks ago.
This is my curreent regime:
a.m. (before breakfast) and p.m. (with warm milk)
PM - 2 x 500mg capsules (Biovea)
SP - 2 x 450mg capsules (H&B)
FG - 2 x 610mg capsules (H&B)
RC - 2 x 430mg capsules (H&B)
I am also using PM Cream from Biovea with plenty of massage.
So far the changes have been interesting. I cannot say you can see any major breast development but the flesh around my nipples feels a lot softer and more 'fluid' and my nipples are far more sensitive. Elsewhere my skin generally feels a little softer and what is left of my beard growth seems to have slowed.
I will get round to taking some pictures soon and post them here.
I would welcome any comments on my regime or any other advice / recommendations.
