Saw palmetto and fenugreek

Hello, so I just recently stopped brestfeeding and they are of course deflated beyond belief haha. Looking for any info any of you ladies may have. I started taking saw palmetto and fenugreek (powder/ground) about a teaspoon a day. Is that good dose?
