Hey y'all! I'm sure there are a lot of new people since I last frequented on here, but I was pretty serious about nbe for a while and had some great although small results.
Getting the Mirena IUD sorta thwarted my progress. After dealing with some depression and such I tried to start back on my program and now any time I even look at my bottle of PM I bleed like a stuck pig and cramp for up to two weeks at a time.
On top of that and the constant cramping (especially during sex), acne, weight gain, etc etc I am ready to get this sucker OUT.
How long should I wait before trying PM again? I'm going to try to get it out on Friday.
