Naturaful and Burning Breasts

I began using Naturaful breast enhancement cream about a month ago, and on a few occasions have noticed my breasts burning in the middle of the night...so strongly that it woke me up.

This scared me, so I quit using the cream. Is it abnormal to have these sensations during NBE?
