Thanks for replying. I am game for all sorts of questions, no worries.
I started with all of the listed supplements in January 2015 except for the sheep placenta and phytogreen which I just started mid March 2015. It is mainly a health supplement since I am trying to phase out my multivitamin (Centrium) by mid April (I tend to overstock vitamins and had to clear them). I think the sheep placenta and phytogreen have some collagen and amino acids. Sorry to have confused you, I am at the phase of purging out the multivitamin and hyrolysed collagen with the sheep placenta. If the health benefit does not prevail at the end of 3 months then I will think of other options.
My bad for misleading you into concluding that pumping was the culprit. It was actually massaging that causes my breast to shrink. I could see how the convex of my breast (side profile) shrinks (very visible to the eye) right after each massage (even a 5 mins massage makes my breasts shrink). Are you more successful with massages?
Well massaging or noogling has never really done anything for me, could be a circulation issue for me. Always had shocking circulation.
Yes I was given a thymus extract to help with my thyroid a while back and was a little reluctant but then I see sheep placenta recently touted as good for you and immune function etc so piqued my interest.
Yes I hear you, im trying to phase out pills too, would be great if food supplied all we needed these days.
I agree, taking pills and hormone related things is a little scary esp if you have cancer running in your family.
After having kids my only advise with the breast pump would be to tape your nipples down, for me personally my nipples were damaged by breastfeeding so that elasticity isn't there as it was pre b'feeding.
Your boobs do look very nice btw.
They look a good size
