Maybe try something that will balance your hormones more holistically, such as Vitex or Maca rather than the Progesterne cream? PC tends to burn out the receptors, and its easy to overdo it.

It's true, too much of one hormone can do that. It's why a progestogen should be taken with aromatase (which coverts androgens into estrogens), and possibly lactation herbs (prolactin). Vitex does normalize progesterone.
