I'm fairly certain pueraria mirifica stimulates endothelial nitric oxide (NO) production and attenuates endothelial dysfunction. In other words, the blood flow is increased because of the up-regulation of nitric oxide, which causes the dysfunction, similar to using estradiol. Dong Quia is similar to this reaction, in particular uterine bleeding. But yeah, I would stop using PM, consider other NBE herbs. Just curious, which brand are you using?.
