So excited for your journey! I'm new here too, and I agree that this is by far the best group of people I have come I'm contCt with. Regardless of your end goal, at this point it sounds like you're experiencing swelling. But don't be discouraged- that is the precursor the actual growth!! I have begun to experience the same thing, which means that over time I will swell more, and return to a slightly larger size than before. I know it's not fast, but this is something that takes commitment and determination.
