Welcome. Do you want to be like your avatar picture, cause wow I don't think those are Ds. I agree with massaging, as cumbersome as it may feel. It does feel nice though, and is like a reminder everyday of your journey. Also it makes me appreciate my breasts more, as I've come to love my breasts through all of this.
